Etsy's Search Page Gets a Makeover: Etsy Launches New Image Search Function

Search on Etsy just got a whole lot better- and more visual. According to a post by company product lead Han Cho on Thursday, in order to make it easier for shoppers to find what they want,Etsy is rolling out a new visual image search function to locate similar products. The update will first be available to iOS users.
Consumers can access the image search function by tapping the camera icon in the search bar in the Etsy mobile app. From there, shoppers can upload or take an image to see similar items available on the e-commerce marketplace.
Advertising Slump: TikTok Overhauls US Business

Time for a revamp! In light of a flagging economy and bleak outlook for digital marketing,TikTok is shaking up its US branch. New features within the platform are expected soon, as well as a bigger push towards in-app shopping.
Although it has been growing rapidly, TikTok is apparently not immune to the decrease in digital advertising that Facebook and Snapchat have been experiencing for the past year.

Shop for eyeweAR... With today's news, Snap has gained a valuable new partner for itsVirtual Try-On shopping experience that uses augmented reality. Amazon will now let Snapchat users try on different styles of eyewear from various well-known brands.
This partnership is just one of many that have been formed since Snap made its investments in AR shopping. This year, it has rolled out a number of upgrades to better appeal to retailers and brands, including the ability to update product information and pricing in real-time, access better analytics, and easier to create AR Shopping Lenses.
